random miscellany
whew! finally got the big application done. because it's a public library job, there was a huge (9 pages plus instructions!) application, a disclosure form (one of those things that contains phrases like "if yes, list date(s) and circumstances of conviction(s)" a whole bunch of times), a supplemental questionnaire (more on that in the near future), and a permission form for a background check. this for an entry-level job.
anyway, whew!
